This year they went all out on building the ‘sets’ around the main arena area. The theme was ‘A Town of two faces’ – Wild Western meets Dusk til Dawn kinda thing, we were encouraged to swap out our costumes at dusk on the Saturday to something more fun/freaky.

There were plenty of fun things to do for kids and adults alike – we loved hanging out op at the Old Mout cider tent, where there was plenty to play with for the big kids!

On Saturday we had decided that our group of 18 would unite with one theme for our costumes – GOLD!!!

Metallic wet look leggings, check; gold print T shirt, check, gold tattoos, check; gold makeup, check; gold sunglasses, check; gold jewellery, check; gold sprayed trainers, check!!

We decided to rave it up for the evening with literally 100’s of glow sticks, extra gold makeup all over ourselves and as many gold accessories as possible!

Saturday headliners – the Dandy Warhols

Cuban Bros rock the main stage for a kid friendly cut down show – they are hilarious entertainers and I’ve seen them at a gig elsewhere when they weren’t held back by kids in the audience – x rated lol!
