Today I’m sharing with you my new sunglasses.
I think summer has finally come and so these are now a necessity. After a year travelling I don’t do designer sunglasses – I want something stylish, cheap and easily replaceable if I should accidentally sit on them, or scrape them on a TV stand (that was in Copacabana Bolivia!)

So when I found these babies for £5 in Sainsburys in Camden I was delighted!
They have a range of very reasonable sunglasses there. The most expensive I found were £20 – so on a par with the cheapie ones from the airport. I would have bought 2 pairs except I can never let go of my slightly scraped/ falling apart ones until they finally die….
First test drive – we drank all afternoon in Regents Park and then headed to the Edinburgh Castle beer garden, Camden, where this pic was taken!
