Slow cooked veal cheek with marrow croquette and the most gorgeous Madeira gravy (seriously their saucier chef is amazing!)
The signature ‘Clos Maggiore Caramelised Valrhona Chocolate Sensation – my sister and I fought I mean shared this (it is meant for two!) with actual edible gold leaf (at least I hope so, we ate it anyway!), burnt honey ice cream and a very boozey tasty Armagnac jelly.
